This Privacy Policy explains how Barium Resources LLC, doing business as “Lattice Mining” (“Lattice Mining,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses information in connection with our Bitcoin mining hosting services and the client portal at latticemining.com.

Information we collect

• Account information for authorized client and staff users of the portal (name, email address, and authentication credentials managed by our identity provider).
• Operational data relating to hosted mining equipment (such as hashrate, temperature, power, and maintenance status) used to provide monitoring and hosting services.
• Contact information for personnel who have opted in to receive operational alerts, including mobile phone numbers (see SMS section below).

How we use information

We use this information to operate and secure the client portal, deliver hosting and monitoring services, communicate about operations and support, and meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information & SMS messaging

Lattice Mining operates an internal SMS alerting program used only to notify our own authorized personnel and hosting-operations staff about operational events (for example, equipment or site alerts). It is not used for consumer or marketing messaging.

No mobile information — including phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent — is sold, or shared or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the operational alerts described above.

Enrolled recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. See our SMS Terms for details.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
